All-Grain Brew (Amber Ale)
Ingredients
- 3 gallon (3.78541l) Water
- Grain
- 10 pound (4.53592 kg) 2 row malted barley

Preparation
- Assemble HLT/mash tun
- Heat strike WATER (pH 6.01) at 77 °C (we’ll make surplus)
- Grind grain
- WATER into mash tun
- Stir in grains -> Hold at 65 °C for 60 min
- Gravity test result: 1.076 (OG)
- Sparge with WATER @ 77 °C for ~45 min
- Proceed to Boil in brew Kettle
Base wort
- 6.5 gallon of Mashed liquid
- 1/2 gallon if steeped liquid
- 1# 10L Caramel
- 1/2# Amber Malt
- Hops additions:

- Add Yeast Safale US-05 yeast starter
- Transfer wort to 1st fertilization bottle
- Gravity test was 1.076 (OG)
